Micellar Water.

I will never sleep in my makeup no matter how tired I am simply because I hate pimple and I have a picking pimple problem and it completely grosses me out to see makeup on my pillow cases, so disgusting.

With that being said I wanted to try out this Garnier Micellar Water I bought mine from Wal-Mart for $6-$7 and it works really well, it gets rid of all my makeup and my skin doesn't burn or have a weird tingly feeling after using it. The best way that I use it is with a cotton pad, then after I follow through with my skincare routine.

Color Correcting.

Ive heard about this color correcting thing before but never really got into it. Its all over YouTube, Instagram, M.A.C., Sephora and Ulta and honestly it never interested me before until I read this booklet that I got from Sephora and asked tons of questions, so now Im going to school you.

Purple is for sallowness
Orange is for dark spots
Green is to correct redness
Pink brightens dark areas
Peach dark circles under the eyes
Yellow corrects dullness

I used to cover my darkspots with concealer and sometimes it will still show through and it used to bother me a lot cause no matter what I did the dark spots from my acne will still show up. There are some expensive correctors like Marc Jacobs and ten there are reasonably priced ones that are just as good if not better like L.A. Girls or CoverFX, I guess it really all depends on what you like. I personally prefer L.A. Girls corrector it is so good and so cheap, I get it at my local beauty supply store for $3 and at that price you can't go wrong. I will never go without a color corrector its everything, my makeup looks so flawless and smooth and I find it blends better whenever I use a beauty blender instead of a brush or my fingers.

I Got That Crinack.

I finally have the artist couture in my possession and lets just say I am beyond happy, these bad boys are highlight life. I bought Gold Digger cause yassss bitch I am a gold digger (just playing) and I bought Supernova.

Gold Digger looks white but goes on gold very similar ones are NARS Albatross in pressed powder, Kat Von D Thunderstruck eyeshadow and Sephora has one also which is cheaper.
Supernova on the other hand is very different it has a purple, blue and white hue to it. Something that is similar but not quite would be Urban Decay Tonic eyeshadow.

Lips Anastasia Beverly Hills in Vintage

NARS & AMAZING COSMETICS.

My bag is filled with concealers actually Im thinking of doing a favorite concealer post very soon cause I do have a few favs. But Ive been wanting to try out these two concealers cause Ive seen them all over YouTube and IG, in the Nars I bought the color Amande and in Amazing Cosmetics I bought Dark Caramel.

For the look below I used both products, first I used the AC and then I went in with the Nars to give a brighter highlight. The NARS cost $29 and the AC cost $28 both are very pricey but I really like them and in my opinion they are both a good buy and in a way you get your moneys worth cause a little goes a really long way.

I Got Hot Sauce In My Bag Swag.

So Beyonce came out with Formation and in one of the scenes she is wearing an oversized hat with two long plaits and an off the shoulder two piece dress with chunky jewelry and boy did she slay in this video.
I don't have an off the shoulder dress but I do have an off the shoulder jumper and I decided to do a little something something with this look kind of copying Beyonce look.

The only problem that I have with this outfit is that the shoulders don't stay put in other words I would have to use double sided tape to keep it off the shoulders. Also I would recommend wearing a really good SPANX to suck, tuck and smooth everything in.

I plaited my hair in three instead of two because honestly it looked better especially since I have a deep side part. My bag is from TJMaxx, shoes are from asos River Island and runs are from VidaKush.

M.A.C.

I can never walk pass a M.A.C. store without stopping in even if I don't by anything I always have to browse. The very first makeup product that I ever bought was mascara, no it wasn't from M.A.C. it was a drug store brand and I was super pumped cause it was my very first major makeup product.

I stopped into a M.A.C. store while I was vacationing in Tampa (my second home) and I picked up a few essentials for my cruise. Plus, I also signed up for their new rewards program which is some what similar to the Sephora and Ulta rewards program. "Adore You Reward You" #macselect and for signing up the first perk that I received was a cute M.A.C. tote bag, really cute and good quality.

Now onto the things I bought, the first product that I want to talk about is one of my favorites the Pro Makeup Remover in the purple bottle, it is so good gentle on the eyes takes of regular and dramatic eye makeup very easily plus the best thing ever about this product is it clean the glue from my lashes and gets off all the gunk and mascara. LOVE IT LOVE IT.

Fix + couldn't understand the serious hype behind this product but now I most certainly do. So this is how I use it, after I am finished doing my brows I start on my eyes when I am fifnshed I spray fix+ all over my face and immediately my eyeshadows are popping I mean  it gets so pigmented and it stays in place all day, no exaggeration.

I decided to try out the Pro Longer Nourishing Waterproof foundation in NC50 because I heard great thing about it and simply I wanted it. I haven't tried it as yet but when I do I will do a review.

Also picked up a empty palette for blushes and I picked up raisin blush which is everybody's favorite and most popular blushes at M.A.C. I can't wait to fill up this empty palette with some pretty color blushes.

Lastly I needed a brush cleaner so I decided to try something different, I never used the M.A.C brush cleaner and for $15 it was absolute crap I hated it I was so disappointed, it didn't clean my brushes at all it just made them wet. My hands down favorite brush cleaner is by Cinema Secrets it cleans my brushes super fast and it dries super fast also I like the Sephora brush bar soap it also gets the job done.

NARS Velvet Matte.

I was super excited to try this product that as soon as it came out I bought it. I love NARS they have awesome products and you don't see a lot of Youtube Gurus promoting their products that often but I really like the brand, with that being said when they came out with a velvet matte foundation I was all over it cause I love the matte look and it has SPF so I was SOLD.

At first I thought it was going to be a sheer foundation and all of my dark spots were going to show but to my surprise its more medium to full coverage which for me is a great thing because I prefer a full coverage foundation.

I bought the shade Martinique cause the other darker colors were either too red or too orange, its $44 but I didn't care I wanted it. But my high came to an end super fast cause the color did not match, you can't see it in the pictures but my face looked super ashy, really grey, it was no bueno so back to Sephora it goes. The only way for me to get my perfect match is to either mix two colors of the velvet matte or add some coverfx foundation drops but I AINT GOT TIME FOR THAT.
NARS you disappointed me why can't you make more shades.

I don't give a damn.

I don't give a damn about my BAD REPUTATION, I love Joan Jett she is one of my fav female rockers but my fav is non other than the first white female rapper... BLONDIE I'm obsessed with her, seriously he style and music was everything. But this post instead of wearing my famous blondie tee that is in so many of my post and IG pics I decided to switch it up a bit and wear my Jett tee that I have never worn before and of course I paired it with black jeans. I am going to look for different color jeans cause this is ridiculous.
Okay, so here is an obsession of mine I love to throw on a Kimono whether it is short or long I love them, they can completely transform a simple grunge outfit into something chic and cute.

Sounds Like Teen Spirit.

I bought these jeans form asos curve, I don't know why I always reach for black clothing and no its not because Im trying to look slimmer "bitch where" I just find it easier to match with other pieces and hell it goes with everything. But these jeans are too big and I wish that I would've sent it back and gotten a smaller size, my mind told me to do that but it would of been to much hassle, I would need to get the receipt from my dad cause it was a chrima gift (in plies language), then I would have to go to the post office fill out all that bull and pay for shipping hell naw, Ill just keep the jeans wear a belt and call it a day.

Who doesn't love Nirvana I rock out to them every now and then but when I do its so refreshing and relaxing as weird as that may sound its just feel good grunge music and if you didn't know I have now labeled myself as the Plussize Grunge Malibu Barbie. I love the grunge style and look so why not embody it, right. The barbie part come from the way I do my makeup, its very "girlie" and pretty and it basically self explanatory Plus Size, I aint skinny so there you have it PGMB.

Beauty Blender vs. Real Techniques.

The Beauty Blender is the most popular beauty sponge on the market its a teardrop shaped sponge that can be used for everything when it comes to makeup, don't believe me well let me explain. It can be used to put on moisturizer on the face, blend foundation instead of using a $30-$40 foundation brush, blend concealer, and of course baking. Its an all rounder sponge.

There are so many other dupes and sponges out there that are a lot cheaper than the Beauty Blender but the question that needs to be answered is if they are any good, can they stand up to the teardrop sponge.

I purchased the pink beauty blender and I also purchased the real techinques beauty sponge. The beauty blender is $19 and it has a special cleansing solid soap sold separately of $16 but the soap can also clean your makeup brushes and from what I have been told it is a great cleanser dupe for the cleanser sephora has a solid soap for $14 not that much cheaper but it gets the job done also.

Please remember to wet the sponges before using them, by wetting them it adds moisture to the sponge and it gives a flawless application. The sponge will double in size once wet.

Now on to the pros and cons.

The beauty blender bleeds pink whenever you wash it and for some people it turns their face pink when they apply their makeup, it is basically $20 kind of pricey for a "sponge", it can start to look pretty gross from the foundation, so I recommend washing it after every use because it can store a lot of bacteria.

Great for blending under the eye concealer, applying foundation, blending out your contour and when it comes to baking/setting the face for the GODs hunty it is life. Its easy to apply the powder with out having fall out on your clothes, hair, eyebrows, sink, mirror and everywhere else the powder wants to fly when using a brush. The sponges come in many different colors black, purple, white, and red, they also have mini blenders for blending concealer under the eyes and blotting sponges.

The Real Techniques sponge oddly shaped, cheap cheap cheap which is a good thing especially if you don't want to spend $20 the real techniques sponge ranges anywhere from $6-$10 and I purchased mine from Kohl's, I only saw one color and its orange but who cares as long as my face doesn't look like an oompa loompa.

Great for baking your contour and applying foundation but as far as applying your under eye concealer it doesn't have the teardrop tip like the beauty blender and can be a bit weird to apply at the inner corner of the eye.

Which one do I prefer, the real techniques simply because it doesn't bleed orange and its cheaper, not overtime do I want to spend $20 on one sponge especially if I am only using it for baking. But don't get me wrong the beauty blenders are really nice and if you don't ming dishing out the cash then by all means go for it.
