Contouring.

I wanted to learn how to contour ever since I started watching Rupaul's Drag Race, them queens faces are snatched, laid for the Gawds, it's just everything and I needed to learn, I needed to walk around like my inner drag queen, I simply needed it in my life.

Well, if you did't know now you do Sephora has classes, you can learn from some of the best on contouring, flawless foundation, lips and cheeks, skincare and the whole enchilada. I mean learning is fundamental people, soak that shit up like a sponge we should not be walking around with no brows and lipstick on our teeth, it ain't cute. Not at all.

I signed up for the contouring class at my local Sephora and the experience was AMAZING. Everyone was super sweet and I learned so much. The class started early in the morning before the mall even opened, it's usually held on the weekend, and it was a full class. We were greeted at the door they gave those without makeup a foundation match and those who came prepared with makeup was guided to over to the seating area. Then when they were finished and everyone was seated the singing began, it was so cute, everyone started clapping and smiling it opened up the environment. The makeup artist introduced themselves and then the lessons began.

They taught us about the different contouring kits, the brushes that are best to use, the proper placement and the different types of face shapes (I'm round). After the learning session came the hands on, basically play time. We were sectioned of into groups of face shapes Round, Oval, Heart Shaped and Square.

There are 5 steps to follow...

1) Prep - prepare the face clean face then apply foundation
2) Highlight - Under the eye and down the center of nose with a concealer
3) Contour - Forehead (temple area) down the nose, starting from ear to check
4) Blend - Blend up then blend back
5) Finish - seal the make up with either a setting spray or translucent powder

I wanted to get the feel of a powder and cream contour just to see which one I liked better and honestly I like them both. My favorite powder is the Kat Von D and my favorite cream is the Cover FX. I still want to try the Smashbox contour pencils.

All in all everything was fun, a great learning experience and I can't wait for the next class which is Cheek and Lips. Go sign up people, check out sephora.com for classes and product description.

Part Duex.

Here are somethings that I love to do...I absolutely love wearing denim on denim it so cute, well at least in my opinion. Messy hair is my thang its also called bed head I personally prefer super black hair with a blue tint or pastel hair but this time I went with brown highlights. I LOVE lipsticks every year for christmas my sister buys me lipsticks but red a nice bright red is my fav. I can't trust a bitch with fucked up eyebrows I'm pretty sure everyone has seen this all over Instagram and its so true, I always do my eyebrows, always. My eyebrow idol is Boy George he is amazing. Eyebrows really completes the look.

Next is my Nars illuminating highlight in Orgasm or Copacabana this I can't live without it is simply orgasms in a little tube, hence the name. I place this in the middle of my forehead, upper cheekbones, temples, tip of nose, cupids bow, top lip, middle of chin and sometimes under the brows.
Mascara, Mascara, Mascara I love the ones that lengthen and make the lashes fuller. Two looks I go for when doing my makeup is the junkie look i.e.. Fight club Helena Bonham Carter or this one that i have posted in this post simple and clean.

Shoes, converses and funky shoes, What i mean is I don't want my shoes looking like everybody else.

I like looking different, I don't want to wear wedges and heels all the time hell I don't.
You see the way I see it is who wants to be norm who wants to look like everybody else out there. I love being me, I love being different and not looking like everybody. I enjoy the stares because it means I caught your attention, I never want to settle, I don't care what people have to say about my size. I have quite a few tattoo and one of them says... Love Me For Me and if you can't them move on please. My fashion and makeup is  a way for me to express myself and show off my creativity, I'm an artist and I'm sensitive about my shit. Basically life is meant to be enjoyed and have fun live life with no regrets. Give two fingers to those who disagree.

Mascara and things.

I received a couple of mascaras and I was super excited to try all of them. With that being said my favorite will have to be a tie between the Dior Show Iconic curl and the Roller Lash by Benefit. The dior mascara and the Benefit wand are kind of similar the only difference is the Dior wand is thicker. Also, I got a few other things that I picked up at Sephora.

Gives a nice curl to lashes
Doesn't leave lashes feeling clumpy
Benefit says that It works even better when paired with their They're Real but I hat it lashes felt super clumpy to me I personally prefer it on its own

Hate it Not a fan at all but I would quicker buy this before the Too faced Better Than Sex
My lashes felt heavy and it had a clumpy feel. Maybe I'll retry again.

Benefit Push up Liner
Many say it is difficult to put on but it was super easy for me and it lasted all day, I never had to re-touch. With the right eye make up remover ( I prefer Tatcha or Boscia) it was super easy to com off.

Too Faced Better Than Sex
No Way! I hated this mascara not only did it make my lashes super clumpy but the also felt sticky and after a while if I happened to rub my eye mascara was every where.

Fresh Soy Cleanser
Love Love Love this. Recently I had a bad reaction I was using too much vitamin C products and my face broke out it a bad rash all over. So, the skin specialist at Sephora recommended the Fresh Soy Cleanser and within 2 days the rash started to dry up. I bought the travel size for $15 but the big size is around $30. Well worth the money.

Kat Von D Motorhead
I always get tons of compliment whenever I wear the KVD lipstick it glides on smoothly, no animal testing, the colors are wicked and super pigmented, the only con is the lid comes off easily. Will recommend just about everything from the line.

What is going on with me, another post in grey, but I look good in it so who the hell cares, right? right.

I woke up super early because I am heading to a makeup contouring class at my local Sephora and I have been waiting for this class for some months because I kept on missing the sign up time or the weather was horrible then finally the angels blessed me with an open slot. (cue angelic music).

My next post will be on my experience, all the things that I've learned, the people that I met and if I will be returning.

On to the details of this fit... I bought this top from Asos and I paid $24 the only complaint that I have is the collar is too flimsy it would of been nicer if it was stiffer but not for nothing it is a nice top. I paired it with my ripped jeans also from Asos.

Now this is a first for me I never post on my hair but this time I decided to change things up a bit, my wig. Yup its a wig, is from Hairstopandshop.com This wig is so nice and natural looking and most importantly very comfortable, now I have gotten some serious headaches and neck pain from wearing some wigs but this one is not bad at all. I love online shopping and one of my go to places is Asos.com every other day I 'm on their site checking for new clothes, shoes and accessories. I'm addicted, seriously.

It's so bad that I will put things in my cart then at checkout I'll sift through them, take stuff out put stuff back in the cart (because I give my self a spending limit and I try REALLY HARD to stick to it) and once I have decided and punched in the 3-digit number printed on the back of my card, then I see the bold letter that say THANK YOU, Order Confirmed.

I wait a moment to let the thrill soak in and dissolve then I go back and purchase the shit I kicked out of my cart, again those same damn words pop back up and I think to myself... what the fuck am I doing. I don't buy any coffee from my local Starbucks, Chipotle is most definitely out of the question because my addiction to fashion has got me once again. DAMN IT!!!

But when my package comes I'm like a fat kid at the Willy Wonka Chocolate Fucking Factory, I am happy as shit I can't wait to lay my eyes and hands on that newly designed grey and black marble composition print Asos bag. I run upstairs screaming a one time hello to everyone who is in the crib plop myself on my bed with my feet hanging and swinging, rip open the UPS dirty bag and packaged ever so neatly with a chill on the plastic and the smell of a new item, then I go at it just like Ralpie from the Christmas Story or Smegol from the LOTR. It's all for me my precious...

Ok Back to reality I ordered this wicked paisley print two-piece crop top and leggings I had to have it I missed out on their plaid print so I was not passing on this one. The top fits perfect and the leggings is a bit big and I feel myself constantly pulling it up but its not that serious. I would recommend getting a smaller size in the leggings though. I paired it with a hat of course, some big hoop earrings and my flared biker boots.

I have always wanted a pair of overalls not the ones that you see the big belly men wearing but some nice fashionable ones for a fashionista. I looked and searched high and low but I could never find the right pair and if I did happen to miraculously creep up on one I had several issues, my thighs and hips were to succulent and juicy for them or if I did get them over my hips my belly area was not having it at all so I was back to square one. Epic Fail!!!

But one night bored as hell, I decided to hit up torrid and while I was searching I saw a bright halo with angelic music playing on the website and there it was, a pair of nice denim overalls. But, there was still one hurdle to jump over what size do I get. I decided to go with the biggest size which was a 26 and even though I wear a 22 I was very nervous about buying my normal size because I have a lot of hips and that is a big problem for me whenever I am shopping. Some girls have butt problems I have hip problems.

The 26 was almost a perfect fit it went up my thighs with no problem and I had more than enough room around the belly area, it does need to be taken in a bit but it will not stop me from wearing it, I absolutely love the overalls. Great buy!!!
